The best known of St. David’s miracles is that of Llanddewi Brefi. While preaching to a large crowd, it is said that the ground he stood on rose to form a small hill so that everyone could see and hear him. In that moment, a white dove came and rested upon his shoulder. Today, we mark Saint David by his emblem, a white dove.
